ACHIEVE (ACtion in low-income Households to Improve energy Efficiency through Visits and Energy diagnosis) is an EU wide action for practical and structural solutions that help Europeans to reduce fuel poverty. Basing its approach on the best practices throughout Europe, ACHIEVE will identify households that are most vulnerable to fuel poverty and work with them to implement suitable steps to reduce unnecessary energy use and costs.
